Hazel Grove Park

The Hazelnut neighborhood in Oregon City has long awaited this park construction and were thrilled with the outcome.  After groundbreaking in late 2021, the park opened in 2022 fulfilling much of the goals of the City and neighborhood: wide open spaces for play, dog-friendly paths and fields, areas for gathering, treatment of existing flood zones and a nature playground for all.

Hazel Grove park was built by our Paul Brothers team, creating a natural swale with native plantings and footbridge to offset fall and winter floods to the area.  A beautiful play area was built right near the picnic shelter inviting kids of all ages to the site for play, parties and picnicking now, and for years to come.    PBI worked closely with its subcontractors, Owner and Architect and various Oregon City bureaus to build this show-stopping park.
