Project Description

Tualatin Commons Fountain

The Tualatin Commons serves as the living room for the City of Tualatin, hosting gatherings, farmers markets, concerts, and community events.  The only thing missing?  A state-of-the-art splash pad.

Paul Brothers took on the project which included extensive and careful site demo, salvaging many of the City’s existing bricks, installation of the re-circulating water feature system complete with 25+ nozzles, water storage/balance tank, pump and activator.  The project also called for a slight facelift to the Commons entrance, right of way work, lighting and landscaping.  The project is a welcome mat for the entire community with year-round possibilities with a foundation built on beautiful colored concrete and pavers.   PBI worked closely with its subcontractors, Owner and Architect and various City bureaus to build this new water feature and splash-pad.

“The success of the project was in no small part attributed to the expertise and attention to detail provided by their team.  They took ownership of the project, while working collaboratively with the City and myself to resolve unforeseen conditions without any delays…I truly look forward to the next opportunity to work together with Paul Brothers.”
