University of Portland – Boathouse and Riparian Planting

The University of Portland’s new Boathouse project was spear-headed by CMGC Lease Crutcher Lewis.  Paul Brothers had the pleasure of making the new structure and setting, beautiful.

There’s hardly a more amazing setting than this one along the banks of the Willamette River.  Our PBI team worked alongside the LCL team to import soils, install miles of irrigation pipe, plants, stormwater swales, and trees.  The parking lot is ready to welcome students and rowers and spectators to this new structure and extends the campus right down to the water with extensive landscaping, restoration, and beautification.
