TriMet Boise Parking Lot

TriMet contracted with Paul Brothers to build a new employee parking lot complete with lighting, gates, masonry walls, stormwater elements and much more.  The project called out for extensive demo, site work and utilities before any paving happened, all along busy city streets with traffic control and extensive permitting requirements.  The lot, designed for TriMet employees, was in great demand the first day the gates opened and the lights went on.  Paul Brothers worked through a number of design changes and still completed the project on time with a total budget of $675,000.00.  The lot opened in November of 2018.
