Spring Garden Park and ROW Improvements

This $3.3 million dollar project was a partnership of Portland Parks and PBOT who together funded this project.  Paul Brothers was the GC and built this beautiful new 4 acre park SW Portland and did extensive street work along SW Dolph and  SW Spring Garden, bringing sidewalks and safety to the neighborhood.  The park is a showcase for the city, boasting beautiful gathering areas, play structures, splash pad, a Loo, and picnic areas throughout.  Paul Brothers worked with over 15 subcontractors, finishing on-time, within budget and utilizing nearly 23% DBE/MBE/WBE contractors.  Park goers and Park owners were thrilled!
