Milwaukie Three Parks

The City of Milwaukie awarded Paul Brothers Inc. the opportunity to develop three neighborhood parks: Balfour Park, Bowman Brae Park, and Scott Park.

What were once vacant lots have been thoughtfully transformed into vibrant community spaces. Featuring walking paths, covered picnic areas, and distinctive play structures, each park offers a welcoming environment where residents of all ages can gather, play, and enjoy the outdoors.
