La Raiz Park

La Raiz means root…and this homestead has been a well-rooted place in this Beaverton neighborhood for decades, filled with long established trees and site features, all protected through construction activities.

Under the new ownership of Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation, Paul Brothers is thrilled to be constructing La Raiz Park with amenities galore.  The team broke ground summer 2023 with the end goal to be a park that showcases the beauty of the homestead with park features including:  splash pads, nature play areas, pathways, lighting, picnic pavilions and wide-open grassy areas for all to enjoy, not to mention much needed connections to City utility and electrical work in the neighboring streets.  This is truly a something for everyone park, slated to open early 2024.
