10th Street – Green Street

The City Lake Oswego contracted with PBI to create a more eco-friendly stretch of roadway.  The project featured construction of swales and plantings intended to allow vegetation to filter water naturally.  A series of raingardens were created, culminating at a water feature, to remove sediment from storm water runoff from streets, parking areas and surrounding areas. A walkway through the vegetated area completed a link as a safe route for children to a nearby elementary school.  Paul Brothers brought their skills at roadway and landscaping construction for this project.
